• Please understand that the agreed dates are fixed dates. A certain amount of time is kept free for you, which is why these appointments must be kept. If it is not possible for you to keep an agreed appointment, it is absolutely necessary to inform us at least 24 hours before the agreed appointment. We will then be happy to arrange a new lesson. If no cancellation is made in time, 50% of the costs will be charged. In case of illness, you are free to submit a medical certificate to exempt you from any costs.

• Download the App “Zoom” and join with ID and passwort
• Desktop: just klick on the link or go to www.zoom.us –> Join meeting and enter ID
